Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Garner, NC. This full-time role oversees a dedicated security team on a specific shift, ensuring delivery of quality service at the client site.

You will supervise officers, coach staff, and coordinate with the Account Manager and site supervisor. The position requires strong communication, crisis handling, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with driving experience and clean record; insurance requirements may apply.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
