Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard Site Supervisor. This role oversees uniformed security services at a client site, ensuring staffing, training, and contract compliance while maintaining quality and profitability.

The Site Supervisor directs personnel, enforces post orders, and supports payroll and incident reporting. The position emphasizes supervisory experience in security, strong communication, and the ability to manage operations efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass state-required training/licensing.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Ability to operate radio/telephone equipment and communicate effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training for personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel performance and service quality; enforce post orders.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and costs; respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and enforce disciplinary actions when needed.
