Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact seeks a School Coordinator to lead the FSCS initiative on-site in Kentucky. You will coordinate academic, social, and health services, engage families and community partners, and ensure alignment with MTSS and federal grant requirements.

This 12-month, full-time role requires collaboration with rural schools, LEAs, and community organizations to improve attendance, engagement, and postsecondary readiness, with standard hours Monday–Friday at the assigned site.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 3 years in education or related field.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs.
• Strong collaboration with rural schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the FSCS initiative at the assigned school site.
• Engage stakeholders and monitor progress to support outcomes.
• Coordinate academic, social-emotional, health, and postsecondary supports.
• Coordinate partnerships and ensure alignment with grant objectives.
• Maintain documentation for federal reporting and evaluation.
• Support in planning and continuous improvement activities.
