Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong typing (min 50 WPM) and 10-key skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and service-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in order entry and tasks around marketing citrus products.
• Maintain relationships with sales agents and team members with current customer information.
• Provide fruit and packaging samples/information.
• Collaborate with production and Supply/Demand teams for sales info.
• Respond quickly with information to support customer needs.
• Coordinate scheduling and multiple projects with deadlines.
