Responsibilities include reviewing timesheets, processing payroll, managing deductions, and supporting employees with payroll and benefits inquiries. A California-based multi-state exposure is a plus, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of three years of payroll and benefits experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, wage and hour laws, and benefits compliance.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll platforms and timekeeping systems preferred; Rippling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payrolls accurately and timely.
• Review timesheets and attendance data for accuracy.
• Administer and coordinate employee benefit programs.
• Prepare payroll, benefits, and compliance reports.
