Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); ability to learn additional software and customer portals.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to internal Sales Team, outside Sales Representatives, and customers on assigned tasks.
• Process domestic and international sales orders per procedures.
• Enter purchase orders and update order/tracking status.
• Coordinate with Accounting to establish new accounts and handle credit terms questions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order details and pricing discrepancies.
• Verify customer account information, territory codes, and pricing before processing.
• Communicate with Production Scheduling and Shipping to coordinate shipping dates and instructions.
• Maintain and reconcile assigned spreadsheets and documentation.
