Suterra in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a hands-on Field Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support our Technical Field Operations team across California. You’ll coordinate warehouse activities, logistics, field support, and seasonal projects to help growers and distribution partners.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Three+ years in warehouse ops, logistics, agriculture, field ops, or related.
Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.
Experience coordinating temporary employees or seasonal crews preferred.
Mechanical inclined with ability to troubleshoot equipment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

Coordinate Bakersfield warehouse daily operations and inventory.
Receive, stage, ship, and track products and equipment; perform cycle counts.
Deliver and retrieve products from growers, distributors, and customer locations.
Serve as backup Field Service Representative during peak seasons.
Assist with equipment deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting in the field.
Coordinate temporary labor crews during seasonal projects.
Collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales, and Logistics to ensure high service levels.
