Qualifications

6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Support/Sales Operations.
Advanced Microsoft skills with Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Commercial Owners to proactively prevent churn and improve customer retention.
Deliver differentiated customer value through data-driven insights and analytics.
Bridge insights between Commercial and Analytics teams to drive informed decision-making.
Execute post-implementation reviews and monitor customer satisfaction outcomes.
Track customer performance metrics (revenue development, churn, pipeline health) and support continuous improvement.
Manage lead generation programs and initiatives by overseeing and optimizing leads to maximizing conversion.
Manage Contract LifeCycle management processes ensuring contracts are uploaded, managed and accurately coded, supporting with training and adoption initiatives to improve system usage and ensure compliance with internal policies and governance standards.
