Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Analytics, BI, consulting, or related field.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce or similar tools.
• Proven experience analyzing sales performance, KPIs, trends, and metrics.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, scorecards, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to partner with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to transform complex data into concise business insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance across teams, territories, products, and customer segments.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness, productivity, and revenue performance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights into leading and lagging metrics.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep-dive reporting to support strategic priorities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions using BI tools.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports for sales leadership and executives.
• Translate data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of sales reporting and KPI definitions.
• Partner with sales leaders to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
• Support strategic initiatives through analytical modeling and outcome analysis.
• Improve reporting automation and analytics processes for efficiency.
