Grainger is hiring a Full-Time On-Site Service Representative for the American Falls, ID route. The role involves managing customer inventory, delivering excellent service, and supporting sales strategies during site visits.

Working hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with responsibilities including stocking, problem resolution, and collaboration with peers. Ideal candidates have 3 years in selling or service, a high school diploma, and valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Maintain required automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product at customer locations; check inventory levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow route defined by routing software and maintain route guides.
• Identify opportunities for productivity, process, and cycle time improvements.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements at the facility.
• Assist in creating new orders by engaging with customers to identify needs.
• Collaborate with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
