Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Full-Time On-Site Service Representative to service Cheyenne and Ft Collins customers. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, and you will manage inventory, stock products, and support customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with sales to expand Grainger offerings, address customer needs, and ensure timely route execution. A 3-year selling/service background and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60lbs and/or work in difficult positions.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence.
• Must carry required automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product at customer sites and monitor stocking levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow designated route and maintain route guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements.
• Help create new orders by engaging customers for needs.
• Engage with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
