Grainger is hiring a Part-Time On-Site Service Representative for the Flagstaff Route. You will support customers by managing inventory, stocking products, and delivering outstanding service across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes identifying needs and promoting Grainger solutions during site visits. The ideal candidate has 3 years of selling or service experience, a high school diploma, the ability to lift 25–60 lbs, and a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and/ or work in difficult positions.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• Maintain required automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations; ensure stocking levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote loyalty.
• Follow route defined by routing software; maintain route guides.
• Identify opportunities for productivity and process improvements.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements at each site.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify needs.
• Probes for customer needs during site visits and works with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
