Job summary

Grainger in Visalia is hiring a Part-Time On-Site Service Representative to service local customers on a designated route, managing inventories and delivering strong customer service on-site.

The role requires 3 years of experience in selling or service, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 25–60 lbs, plus a valid driver’s license. The schedule is Monday–Friday, starting at 7am, for 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs.
• Valid driver's license in State of residence.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations; ensure stocking levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow route defined by routing software and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility.
