Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep properties in top condition, handling building systems, grounds, and common areas. You will diagnose, repair, and perform routine tasks to ensure safety and appearance while supporting make-readies for new residents.

You must have 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency with Entrata Yardi or One Site is preferred. Typical site hours apply.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 1-3 years apartment maintenance
• EPA certifications Type I & II or Universal
• Current Valid Driver's License
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata Yardi / One Site)

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and diagnose defects for repairs.
• Finish the make-readies to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Support cost‑control by repairing parts rather than replacing when possible.
• Track inventory and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Periodically inspect work by contractors to ensure quality and scope.
