You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and oversee routine upkeep to support leasing goals and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years of maintenance experience, and proficiency with Entrata Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and delivery skills to interact with residents and team members.
• Experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent preferred (1–3 years).
• Proficiency with property management software like Entrata Yardi or OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Completes resident work orders within 24–48 hours with quality repairs.
• Executes make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Keeps the property clean, safe, and well-maintained per policy and code.
• Follows safety procedures and documents work performed for records.
