Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interiors, exteriors, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and functional. You will handle resident work orders, perform make-readies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in apartment maintenance, strong communication, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite; EPA refrigerant certification is required. Weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Inspect and maintain interior/exterior building and grounds.
• Document work and track inventory; follow safety procedures.
• Assist in safety trainings and maintain positive resident relations.
