Job summary

Mercy Housing in Sacramento is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator II to lead on-site programs, track outcomes, and connect residents with needed resources. You will identify barriers, build partnerships with community organizations, and promote resident stability as an on-site ambassador.

The role requires two years in community development or related field, with a high school diploma plus a bachelor’s degree preferred. A strong team orientation and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in community development, social services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collect required data for designated program components and record data in the Mercy Housing database in an accurate and timely way.
• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered on a regular basis as required.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of residents (conduct needs assessments, community meetings, etc.) to offer residents opportunities to assist their community and guide them to services.
• Participate in and/or lead activities within Mercy Housing and with partner agencies to build capacity and relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
