Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking a on-site Resident Services Coordinator II to lead on-site programs, track outcomes, and connect residents with needed resources. You will identify barriers, create pathways to services, and build partnerships with community organizations to support residents’ stability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teammates to promote thriving communities, regular data reporting, and compassionate direct support to residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in community development, social services, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Collect required data for designated program components and record data accurately in Mercy Housing database.
• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered on a regular basis.
• Develop an understanding of residents to offer opportunities and guide them to appropriate services.
• Participate in and/or lead activities with Mercy Housing and partner agencies to build capacity and relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
