Mercy Housing in Sacramento is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator II to lead on-site programs, track outcomes, and connect residents with the resources they need to thrive. You will identify barriers, conduct needs assessments, and build partnerships with community organizations to expand services and visibility at the property.

As an ambassador for Mercy Housing’s mission, you may provide direct resident support and collaborate with teammates to promote stability.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in community development or social services.
• Ability to build partnerships with community organizations.
• Capacity to collect data and maintain required reporting.

Responsabilités

• Collect and record data for program components in Mercy Housing's database.
• Evaluate program outcomes on a regular basis.
• Understand residents through needs assessments to guide services.
• Lead activities with partners to strengthen community capacity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
