Mercy Housing is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator II in Sacramento to lead on-site programs, track outcomes, and connect residents with resources to stay stable and successful. You will assess barriers, build pathways to services, and partner with community organizations to enhance visibility and support at the property.

You may provide direct resident support and collaborate with teammates to promote stability and thriving communities. This is an on-site position at Mercy Housing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collect required data for designated program components and record data in the Mercy Housing database accurately.
• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services on a regular basis.
• Develop understanding of residents through needs assessments and community meetings to guide them to services.
• Participate in and/or lead activities with Mercy Housing and partner agencies to build capacity.
• Other duties as assigned.
