Job summary

Building Hope Building Commitment, INC is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver and coordinate supportive services for residents in the Charlotte Metro area. You will assess needs, connect individuals with community resources, and track progress toward self-sufficiency goals on a consistent on-site basis.

You will document interactions, prepare reports, and work closely with leadership to improve programs and outcomes while maintaining an inclusive, trusted presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Strong service coordination to assess needs and connect residents to resources.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Experience with operations management to organize activities and manage schedules.
• Proven customer service orientation, empathy, and professionalism.
• Familiarity with community-based social services; reliable and ethical conduct.
• Background in social services, case management, housing support, or related fields preferred.
