Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university. Prior employment experience related to case management. Experience working with low-income families and the populations the program intends to serve. Experience working with self-sufficiency, earnings and/or employment programs. Knowledge of resources available in the local community to help residents increase their earnings and assets. Knowledge of pertinent HUD regulations. Prior employment experience related to HUD rental assistance programs.
