Upfrnt USA Inc. seeks a front desk specialist for a Texas apartment community. You will greet residents, answer calls, texts, emails, and the resident app, fix issues when possible, and coordinate with maintenance to resolve others. You will show homes to potential renters and guide applicants through the move-in process.

This full-time role is on-site with a housing subsidy benefit and requires strong communication and customer-service skills to keep the office and amenities running smoothly.

Qualificações

• 1-3+ years in a customer-facing role serving residents or clients.
• Ability to communicate clearly in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Ability to juggle a queue, phone and walk-ins without causing interruptions.
• Strong follow-through and accountability to commitments.
• Accurate record-keeping and data entry in systems.
• Comfort with learning new software and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Answer residents via phone, text, email, app, and in person.
• Handle daily requests: repairs, payments, packages, parking, keys, fobs, leases.
• Log requests and track progress until resolution.
• Show homes to prospective residents and guide them through application.
• Move-in day tasks: prepare paperwork, hand over access, orient new residents.
• Maintain office, common areas and amenities; coordinate with team.
