Job summary

Upfrnt USA Inc. is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of an apartment community, including lawns, common areas, and trash sites. You will prepare units between residents and ensure safety and curb appeal across outdoor spaces in Texas.

You must be reliable, observant, and able to interact respectfully with residents, vendors, and staff. The role requires outdoor work, lifting, and driving between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining grounds for a property or community.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to interact courteously with residents and contractors.
• Safe use of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Valid Texas driver's license and mobility between sites.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, prune, and maintain beds and common green spaces.
• Check irrigation, drains, and report issues.
• Keep trash areas clean; assist with turnover of units.
• Inspect lighting and safety hazards; report or fix where possible.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure safety standards.
• Drive between sites to perform duties.
