• Experience planning and coordinating community events.

• Ability to manage on-site events Tuesday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, guests, and visitors; manage lobby flow and appointments.
• Plan and coordinate resident events (food trucks, fitness classes, parties, etc.).
• Promote referral programs and support resident engagement efforts.
• Coordinate distribution of welcome materials and move-in gifts.
