Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking an Events Concierge to plan and execute resident-focused events, greeting residents and guests with warmth, and creating memorable experiences throughout the year.

You’ll build relationships with local businesses, coordinate activities, and partner with leasing and maintenance teams to deliver a five-star resident experience. This role combines hospitality, planning, and community building.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; free of typos or mistakes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Hospitality, concierge, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging resident events to build community.
• Welcome residents, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism.
• Build partnerships with local businesses to create unique experiences.
• Assist residents with questions, package management, reservations, and requests.
• Support leasing office with tours and front-desk tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean, welcoming common areas and spaces.
