Job summary

Sentral in Los Angeles is seeking a Lifestyle Ambassador to enhance resident experiences at our Downtown LA community. This in-person role drives hospitality across amenities and programs, aiming to elevate resident satisfaction and strengthen retention.

You will greet residents, assist with check-ins, coordinate events, manage amenity reservations, and support cross-department projects while maintaining a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years food and beverage experience.
• Toast, Square or Micros POS experience a plus.
• Food handling certificate a plus.
• Microsoft Office familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service to residents and guests.
• Greet residents and visitors, offering directions and assistance.
• Coordinate resident check-ins and practice guest policies.
• Manage amenity reservations and cabana towel services.
• Assist with onsite events and cross-department projects.
