Job summary

Dyson is seeking a customer-facing service professional in Union City, TN to diagnose, repair, and advise on Dyson products in-person. You will handle inquiries, explain repair options, and upsell relevant services and products.

You'll work a full-time, on-site schedule Tue-Sat, perform diagnostics and repair, manage parts and service documentation, and maintain high standards of customer experience in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers including during objection handling.
• Aptitude for learning technical diagnosis and repair procedures.
• Empathy and guidance to help customers choose long-term solutions.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-person diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of Dyson products.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Promote relevant Dyson products, accessories and services.
• Process customer transactions and service details accurately in Dyson systems.
• Complete daily/weekly operational reporting and manage parts usage and inventory.
• Follow Dyson service processes and escalation procedures.
