Job summary

Dyson is hiring for an on-site Service Center role in the United States. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Dyson consumer products, while delivering excellent in-store service and guiding customers on additional Dyson products.

The position requires strong customer service and sales experience, ability to learn technical repairs, and proficient use of MS Office. Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Tue-Sat 8:30 am–4:30 pm, onsite employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service and sales related position.
• Experience using consumer electronics, especially Dyson products.
• Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs.
• Collaborative with proven success in team environments.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel;
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Dyson customer products in person.
• Cross-sell Dyson products and services to customers.
• Provide excellent in-store customer service experience.
• Input customer sales information into Dyson system to process orders.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on serviced products and customers.
• Manage parts usage and inventory as directed.
• Ensure service levels are understood and met.
• Assist Customer Service Team in escalated repair cases.
