Job summary

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on IT experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, cloud identity, endpoint security, MFA, and remote management tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows PCs and peripherals.
• Diagnose and repair workstation hardware and printer support.
• Provide professional telephone, remote, and on-site support for customers, including password resets and user training.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing, MFA and basic Microsoft Entra ID tasks.
• Support endpoint tools such as Intune, remote monitoring and management platforms, patching tools, antivirus/EDR agents, device enrollment, and application deployment.
• Assist with network wiring, switches, interface cards, wireless connectivity, VPN access, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP troubleshooting, and basic firewall/router support.
• Perform general server maintenance tasks such as updates, disk space cleanup, basic Active Directory tasks, file share support, backup verification.
• Help maintain endpoint protection, security updates, MFA adoption, backup checks, basic incident response steps, and remediation of common workstation or user-security risks.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot a variety of software packages, including productivity tools, line-of-business applications, browser-based cloud applications, and vendor utilities.
• Document work clearly, update tickets accurately, communicate status with customers and co-workers.
