Job summary

System One in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting internal users with desktop support, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with AV systems, printers, and basic network problems, and provide professional, client-centric service in a legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and troubleshoot technical requests via helpdesk tickets, phone, in person, or email.
• Maintain knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic network troubleshooting.
• Support MS Office, Adobe PRO, Zoom, and GoTo meeting systems.
• Perform SharePoint web development and maintenance of sites.
• Train end users and update training manuals as needed.
• Assist with form, template, and macro creation per firm guidelines.
