TransPerfect is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to work on-site in Tempe, Arizona. This full-time role involves resolving Helpdesk tickets, providing both on-site and remote technical support, as well as opportunities to engage in an enterprise computing environment.

The successful candidate will need to effectively troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and support various computing devices, and maintain inventory records. A strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of IT-related work experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIAA+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent field experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Helpdesk tickets and provide on-site support daily.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
• Maintain and track inventories of all computing equipment.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation.
