You will lead complex real estate transactions, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide oversight of reporting and forecasting to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in transaction management or corporate real estate, plus a valid real estate broker license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Transaction Management or Corporate Real Estate.
• Real estate sales broker license required.
• Experience with large national or global occupiers.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages and executes large, complex transactions with high proficiency.
• Collect client requirements, analyze market data, prepare valuations, and negotiate to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with field brokers; finalize broker engagements and invoices.
• Manage client relationships and provide regular transaction reporting.
• Support development of financial analyses and track KPI achievement.
