Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Transaction Manager to lead lease transactions, manage client relationships, and support business growth within our Brokerage team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CRE transaction or leasing, a real estate license, and strong negotiation and project-management skills to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with competitive compensation.

Formación

• 3+ years commercial real estate transaction or leasing experience.
• Real estate brokerage or salesperson license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate or related preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage lease transactions and provide market advice for clients.
• Review lease documents, summarize and abstract leases during due diligence.
• Coordinate with brokers and analysts; supervise workload when needed.
• Gather and evaluate real estate market data and subtenant opportunities.
• Prepare commission invoices and track transactions in internal systems.
