Responsibilities

Communication management: answer/triage calls, relay information, and coordinate with radiologists and referring physicians.
Administrative support: paperwork, filing, data entry, and supervisor-directed tasks.
Workflow and file management: manage radiology worklists, documents, and requisitions.
Radiologist support: facilitate order changes, retrieve clinical data, and prepare imaging materials for conferences.
Patient and clinician interaction: greet clinicians and handle requests for preliminary findings.
Compliance and organization: uphold policies and maintain a clean, efficient reading room.
