VCU Health in downtown Richmond is seeking a Radiology Reading Room Assistant to support radiologists with administrative tasks, triage requests, and patient record management in a busy reading room. This on-site role requires strong communication and organization.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in healthcare setting or Radiology.
• Experience with EPIC and PACS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email/calendar.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage phone calls; relay information.
• Prepare paperwork, filing, and data entry.
• Manage radiology worklists, documents, and requisitions.
• Retrieve clinical data and prepare imaging material for conferences.
• Greet clinicians and handle requests for preliminary findings.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and maintain an organized reading room.
