Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager for a full-time on-site role in Plymouth, NC. You will lead QA/QC activities, implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan, and manage inspection teams, serving as the primary liaison with clients, subcontractors, and regulators.

Travel is required and you will report to the Regional Quality Manager, driving continuous improvement across solar PV, civil, electrical and mechanical works on utility-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in utility-scale solar quality management.
• Certifications in quality management (e.g., ASQ, ISO 9001) and OSHA 10/30 are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, civil construction, and QA/QC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) with Regional Quality Manager.
• Lead inspection, testing, and documentation per ITP and SSQP.
