Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager at a Fabens, TX jobsite to lead QA/QC for solar and electrical construction projects. You will develop and enforce the Site-Specific Quality Plan, supervise inspection teams, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulators.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management and hold quality certifications (ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma), with travel to remote sites. Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6 is helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management.
• Certifications in quality management (ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma) and OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• Knowledge of NEC, IEC, ASTM standards and QA/QC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP).
• Create and manage Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Conduct inspections and audits of civil, mechanical, electrical installations.
• Lead RCA and CAPA to address nonconformances.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation and metrics reports.
