Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist with maintenance across our communities. The role covers corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will perform on-site upkeep, respond to resident requests and work orders, and support safety programs while documenting work orders and following property policies. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Must have OSHA knowledge or comply with OSHA requirements.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and common areas daily.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and safety programs.
• Participate in on-call emergencies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies.
