Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support on-site maintenance across our properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring the grounds and common areas are well maintained.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, managing work orders, and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor to promote safety and quality across the community. On-call emergencies may be required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas in a clean, safe, and well-kept condition.
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance at the community as needed.
