Two Coast Living seeks a results-driven Property Manager to lead a multifamily community on-site. You will oversee leasing, operations, budgets, and team performance while delivering an outstanding resident experience and strong occupancy.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial accountability, and community engagement, with a focus on driving revenue and service excellence across the property.

Formación

• 4+ years of residential property management experience.
• Experience leading two or more employees.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems (Entrata) and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations from leasing to vendor coordination.
• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site teams.
• Promote the property with marketing partners to attract residents.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and rent collection.
• Serve as the go-to contact for residents and resolve concerns.
• Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance standards.
• Submit accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with all laws.
• Engage with local apartment associations and monitor competitive landscape.
