Legacy Partners in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a full-time on-site Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily community. You will manage administration, maintenance coordination, leasing, and resident relations to ensure high occupancy and quality living space.

The role requires directing staff, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and safety standards, and reporting to the Regional Property Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
• Ensure rent collection, leasing, and property maintenance.
• Prepare budgets, occupancy reports, and performance metrics.
• Conduct property inspections and safety meetings.
• Oversee move-ins/move-outs and resident relations.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach to maximize occupancy.
• Report to Regional Property Manager and ensure compliance.
