Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Property/Community Manager in Colorado to oversee all phases of operation for a multifamily community. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing laws while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and collaboration with marketing to maximize occupancy, with on-call availability for emergencies and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience managing apartment communities and on-site operations.
• Ability to lead a team, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.
• Knowledge of budgets, expenses, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Experience in marketing, leasing, and maximizing occupancy.
• Strong communication with residents and owners; customer service focus.
• Ability to prepare reports on budgets, occupancy, and trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of operation for the apartment community.
• Direct and control personnel and resources to maintain property condition.
• Oversee rent collection, leasing processes, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Coordinate with Marketing to maximize occupancy through outreach and advertising.
• Address resident concerns and oversee move-ins/move-outs.
• Conduct property inspections and safety meetings for compliance.
• Prepare budget and performance reports for leadership.
