Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Property Manager to oversee multifamily communities in Colorado. You will manage staff, budgets, leasing, and maintenance to keep communities in excellent condition and financially sound.

The role involves on-call availability and direct reporting to the Regional Property Manager. The position emphasizes fair housing compliance, resident relations, and marketing coordination to optimize occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Team Management - Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
• Operations & Compliance - Ensure adherence to company policies, fair housing laws, rent collection, leasing, and property maintenance.
• Financial Oversight - Manage property budget, expenses, payroll, and leasing performance.
• Marketing & Leasing - Work with the Marketing Department to maximize occupancy through advertising, outreach, and social media management.
• Resident & Owner Relations - Address resident concerns, oversee move-ins/move-outs, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Safety & Inspections - Conduct regular property inspections and safety meetings to ensure compliance with company and owner standards.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking - Prepare reports on budgets, occupancy, market trends, and operational performance.
