Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Property Management Assistant to support the Business Manager in the daily operation of a Denver area apartment community. This full-time role includes working on Saturdays and collaborating across leasing, maintenance, and resident services to maintain high occupancy and upkeep.

You will manage lease files, collect rents, coordinate with vendors, supervise temporary staff in the absence of the manager, and help ensure compliance with policies and reporting

Qualifications

• On-site, full-time position requiring working on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and resident services: assist with advertising, leasing, outreach, and occupancy goals; handle move-ins/outs and inspections.
• Administrative support: maintain lease files, assist with bookkeeping, collect rents, and coordinate collections.
• Property operations: keep the community clean and maintained; coordinate with service teams and vendors.
