• Drive occupancy and income through leasing, marketing, and resident relations.

• Administer budgeting, reporting, and accounts receivable processes.
• Coordinate community outreach and marketing initiatives to boost traffic and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Fair Housing laws and internal procedures.
