Job summary

Woodmont-Properties is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee on-site maintenance teams and ensure all physical aspects of the apartment community meet company standards and laws. You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Community Manager, manage vendors, and lead preventative maintenance programs.

Your duties include turning units within 6 days of move-out, handling safety inspections, and planning for on-call snow removal during winter storms while maintaining inventory and budget

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industry experience managing a team of 2+ technicians
• HVAC Certification Required (EPA)
• 90 Day Step-Up Program in place

Responsibilities

• Ensure property completion of work orders within 1 business day.
• Ensure property completion of apartment turns within 6 days of move-out.
• Manage vendors and preventative maintenance program.
• Direct on-site maintenance staff and supervise contractors.
• On-call during winter storms for snow removal.
• Plan daily inspections for trash, debris and safety hazards.
• Maintain inventory and purchase orders; document costs.
• Provide weekly reports and coordinate with Community Manager.
