Job summary

Woodward Management Partners is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a Georgia community, directing leasing, marketing, budgeting and administrative tasks to meet financial goals and maintain quality standards.

You will supervise maintenance to complete work orders and turns on schedule, ensure rent collection, compliance with Fair Housing and ADA, coordinate vendor bids, and assist with showing apartments to keep occupancy high while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of property management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally at all times.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Fair Housing laws and ADA, and city, county and state rules.
• Supervise maintenance to ensure work orders and vacant turns are completed timely.
• Manage marketing, leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and administration.
• Assist Regional Director/Leasing Specialist with showing and leasing apartments, move-ins and move-outs.
