Woodmont-Properties is seeking a Community Manager to lead on-site operations, marketing, leasing, and financial performance for a residential community. You will supervise staff, drive occupancy, and ensure compliance with all laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, vendor management, and enhancing resident satisfaction through proactive retention programs. This role requires strong leadership, strategic marketing, and a focus on safety and quality of service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience in property management is preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing laws is expected.
