Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in New Jersey. You will oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community, supporting the Community Manager and leading onsite staff to ensure compliance, resident satisfaction, and overall performance.

You will manage leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting while maintaining strong adherence to policies, budgets, and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Lead and develop on-site staff to meet company policies and goals.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through effective leasing and management.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately and timely.
• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable.
• Monitor bad debt and evictions processes.
• Help property meet budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI.
• Post charges and manage move-out charges and deposits.
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, and staff performance.
